What is the first step?

There are 3 ways to begin to determine whether a wellness program would benefit your company:

•  Contact Dr. Neely for a discussion of your company's needs. During this complimentary meeting, Dr. Neely will discuss your ideas regarding a wellness program for your company and help you determine possible options for creating solutions .

•  Fill out and submit the Company Needs Analysis Questionnaire and Dr. Neely will contact you to discuss the results of your survey.

•  Schedule the Health Risk Analysis (HRA) program to be used in your company. This allows your company (Human Resources, Wellness Committee or Health and Safety) to pin point the highest priority action steps to take for maximum results-without wasted effort. This also sets up the tracking of those results.

How do we evaluate the success of the wellness program?

Specific statistics will be created and tracked to track the effectiveness of the wellness program.

What wellness services does Dr. Neely offer?

•  Lunch and Learn Workshops- 20 minute-2 hour programs that present the latest health information on a variety of topics. These workshops can be used as a beginning to your wellness program or as part of the continuing education component of your wellness program. (Safe Lifting Techniques, Repetitive Strain Stretching and Prevention, Core muscle development, Weight Loss, Smoking Cessation, Taking Stress to Success)

•  Company wellness needs analysis- gives your company a health check up. determines a potential cost: benefits ratio

•  Pre-employment Physical Examinations-screens potential employees for potential future cost risks.

•  Injury reduction/ Wellness Program- design and implement action steps to reduce injuries and improve employee health and vitality.
